Effective date: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Yarden Properties Limited, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 403399, with its registered office at Karaiskaki 9, Agia Triada, 3032 Limassol, Cyprus. Yarden Properties Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to info@tlvdevelopers.com and mark it “Privacy”.

2. What we collect

Name, email, telephone and the message you send through a contact form, a Meta lead form or WhatsApp, plus the property or project you enquired about.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or advert that brought you here, and the time of your visit.

3. Why we collect it

To answer a property enquiry, to arrange a viewing or a meeting, and to keep a record of the enquiry so that a second person can pick it up if the first is away.

We also use technical information to keep the site secure, to understand which pages are useful, and to measure whether our advertising works.

4. Our legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, ask us to contact you, or accept non essential cookies, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. We rely on the performance of a contract where we are providing a service you have agreed to. We rely on our legitimate interest in running, measuring and securing our business for technical information and for keeping a record of an enquiry. We rely on a legal obligation where accounting, tax or anti money laundering law requires us to keep a record.

5. Do you have to give us your details

No. Filling in a form is entirely voluntary and there is no statutory or contractual requirement to do so. If you choose not to give us your name and at least one way of contacting you, we will not be able to answer your enquiry, because we will have no way to reach you. That is the only consequence.

6. Leads from social media advertising

If you filled in a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited passes us the details you entered so that we can reply. We are the controller of those details from the moment we receive them, and they are then handled exactly as described in this policy. Meta own handling of your data, including anything you entered before submitting, is governed by Meta privacy policy and not by ours.

7. Advertising, measurement and the tools we use

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To do that we may use the following, and only with your consent where consent is required:

  1. A Meta pixel on this site, which tells us how many people who saw an advert went on to visit a page or send an enquiry. It does not tell us who you are by name.
  2. Meta Custom Audiences and similar audience tools, which may involve sharing a hashed identifier such as your email address with Meta so that we can either show you a relevant advert or deliberately exclude you from one.
  3. Meta lead forms, as described in section 6.
  4. Analytics that count visits and page views.

You can object to your data being used for advertising at any time by writing to info@tlvdevelopers.com, and we will stop.

8. Automated decision making and profiling

We do not make any decision about you by automated means alone, and nothing we do produces a legal effect for you or otherwise significantly affects you. Advertising audiences involve grouping people by broad characteristics, which is a limited form of profiling; it decides only which advert you may see, never whether we deal with you or on what terms.

9. Who sees it

Your data is seen by our own staff who need it to answer you. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions: our website host, our email provider, our customer relationship system, and the advertising platforms through which you may have reached us. Where we work with an estate agent, a lawyer or an accountant on a matter that concerns you, they act as separate controllers and their own policies apply. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

10. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our service providers are based outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission adequacy decisions or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. You can ask us which mechanism applies to a particular provider.

11. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only while there is a reason to hold it. That reason is judged by the criteria below rather than by a fixed calendar.

An enquiry is kept while it is live, and afterwards for as long as it is reasonable that you may come back to us or that we may need to show what was said. We review enquiry records at least once a year and remove what is no longer needed. We do not delete automatically by age, so if you would like your enquiry removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Where a contract is signed, we keep what the contract and Cypriot accounting and tax law require. In practice we keep those records for seven years from the end of the relevant tax year, which is at least as long as the law requires.

Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, and a record of the withdrawal is kept so that we can honour it.

12. Legal and official requests

If a court, the police, a regulator, a tax authority or any other public body with the power to compel us asks for your personal data, we check that the request is lawful and properly made, we give only what the request actually requires, and we keep a record of it. Where we are legally permitted to tell you that a request was made, we will.

13. Security

We keep your data on services that require individual accounts and passwords, we limit access to the people who need it, and we review that access. No system is completely secure, and if a breach ever put your rights at real risk we would tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.

14. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to info@tlvdevelopers.com and we will delete them.

15. Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, to object to direct marketing, and to withdraw a consent you gave us. Write to info@tlvdevelopers.com and we will answer within one month. We do not charge for this.

16. Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. It may also use cookies that measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs, and those are set only where you have agreed to them. You can always clear or block cookies in your browser settings. You can review or change these choices at any time on our Cookie Policy page.

17. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first at info@tlvdevelopers.com so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, which is the supervisory authority for Cyprus.

18. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top. Where a change is significant we will say so on the site, and where the law requires it we will tell you directly.
